Elisha Gray

Hi, I’m Elisha! My work as a Consultant, Coach, and Facilitator is rooted in curiosity about development and compassionate self discovery. Entrepreneurial and resourceful, I’ve tried my hand at different fields of work, have built and grown businesses, and have trained in a variety of modalities. With the experienced I’ve gained from a bountiful career in executive human resources and operations, across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and technology startups, I established Gray Coaching & Facilitation Co. and I now work intimately with growth-conscious people and companies.

I’m currently engaged in psychology and organizational communications studies at Pennsylvania State University. I see the combination of these modalities as an impactful, holistic approach to accelerating growth personally and professionally.
